The members of the International Network for the Analysis of Intergenerational Relations (Generationes) proudly present the most recent issue of the jointly produced compendium "Generations, Intergenerational Relations and Generational Policy".

This new version includes 12 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish (new), Hungarian (new), Turkish (new), Romanian (new), and Lithuanian (new). The layout of the compendium is designed for using it to translate the specific concepts and terminology of research into generations and intergenerational relations from one language into another.

The conference is organized by Department of Sociology and Social Policy at the Wroclaw University of Economics, as well as the Polish Social Policy Association.

Stream description:

The session will continue discussion undertaken during the 3rd International Conference ESPAnet-Poland. This session will focus on both positive and negative side of social innovation and technological innovation that are increasingly recognized as important concepts associated with the formulation of responses to the challenges of ageing populations.

As a member of our EAST Research Network, we invite you to participate in a two day workshop for EAST members, taking place in Cluj, Romania. The Workshop will provide another opportunity for members of EAST to share research, policy and practice on this important topic. Building up on the success of the last year’s workshop, it is an ideal platform for developing future research collaborations and partnerships, and will provide a chance to discuss emerging issues with colleagues from a number of countries in the region.
